The purpose of this group would be to help recruitment professionals (both corporate and staffing)to network and to share best practices in recruiting talent in the Philadelphia region.

 

Philadelphia is a "hot bed" of solid IT professionals but many are difficult to locate. Networking and sharing resources, ideas, etc. would truly benefit those of us who are limited in this area; no relocation, inability to sponsor, etc.
