Global human resources is a very complicated area.  It is NOT country-centric (e.g. US-centric) but global-centric.  We've all heard of the term, think globally, act locally.  The world of business is global and HR needs to be and lead this effort as well.

So whether you're living in US, China, France, Mexico, Nigeria, Australia, or Pakistan or anywhere else in the world, if you're practicing HR and have an interest in global HR, then this is the forum for you.
